Activity : We manufacture Fruit Pastes in the tradition of the Auvergne region. In this process, we use a cooking method known as "vacuum " which maintains a constant level of quality. For the shaping process, we use specially designed moulos, allowing us to change the sizes and shapes of our products. The removal from the mould and the cutting process are carried out manually. Our priority is to keep our traditional processes in order to guarantee that our product is always of the highest quality. We currently offer 17 different flavours of our fruit paste, packed in forty different packagings. |
